Cooking with kids
March is #NutritionMonth and with spring break happening across Canada and the United States, we’re encouraging families to dine in, not out, and to make healthy eating a family affair. Not only is cooking as a family a fun activity, but your kids will learn lifelong skills, along with some math and science lessons!
From now until March 31, hit the kitchen, get cooking and share your photo on social for a chance to win an Epicure 3-Week Dinner Collection! Simply share your image using the hashtag #EpicureContest to be entered into a random prize draw. We’ll pick one winner on April 1—stay tuned to Facebook & Instagram for the announcement.
To get you started, we’ve pulled together some family-friendly recipes. Take a look, get your kids involved in the process of writing a meal plan and grocery list—then play some tunes and get cookin’!
