These fail-safe brownie recipes are perfect for Top Chef wannabes, the “make-it-quick-but-make-me-look-good” beginner bakers, and everyone in between.

Fudge Brownies
For the classic in your life.
Prep time: 40 min
Serves: 16
INGREDIENTS:
1 1⁄2 cups flour
3⁄4 cup cocoa powder
1⁄5 tsp baking powder
1 cup butter, melted
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
PREPARATION:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Lightly butter and flour a 9 x 13" pan, shaking out excess flour.
3. Whisk flour, cocoa powder and baking powder in a mixing bowl. Set aside.
4. In a separate mixing bowl, whisk remaining ingredients. Combine both mixes and pour into prepared pan.
5. Bake for 25 minutes. Cool, then dust lightly with Pure Cocoa or icing sugar if desired, before cutting and serving.

Brookies

INGREDIENTS:
1⁄2 recipe Cheeky Brownies, prepared
1⁄2 recipe Blondies, prepared
PREPARATION:
1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
2. Place an oiled Perfect Petites on a Sheet Pan.
3. Divide brownie batter evenly between petites.
4. Top with blondie batter, divided evenly between petites.
5. Bake for 12–15 minutes, until cooked but slightly fudgy.
6. When cool to the touch, flip Perfect Petites mold onto Sheet Pan and twist to pop out Brookies.

Chocolate Bliss Brownie
For the foodie.

INGREDIENTS:
2 eggs
1⁄2 cup oil
1 pkg Chocolate Bliss Brownie Mix
Toppings (optional): prepared Chocolate Fudge or Caramel Sauce (icing variation), Cocoa Crunch or Tutti Fruity Whole Food Topper
PREPARATION:
1. Lightly oil an 8" square silicone pan.
2. In a large bowl, whisk eggs with oil. Stir in mix, then scrape batter into pan. Smooth top as best you can; batter is dense.
3. Microwave, uncovered, on high for 4 min. Rest in for 6 min, then unmold onto a cooling rack. Or, bake in preheated 350° F for 15-20 min and cool in pan before serving.
4. Top with icing, if desired.

Cheeky Brownies

INGREDIENTS:
1⁄2 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
1⁄2 cup cocoa powder
1⁄2 cup Greek yogurt
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1⁄2 cup flour
1⁄2 tsp baking powder
PREPARATION:
1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
2. In a medium bowl, add butter, brown sugar, and cocoa. Microwave, on high, for 1 min to melt butter. Remove from microwave and whisk until smooth.
3. Whisk in yogurt, eggs, and vanilla extract.
4. Whisk in flour and baking powder until evenly combined.
5. Place the Perfect Petites on Sheet Pan. Using a basting brush, lightly brush with oil.
6. Divide batter evenly between petites and bake for 12–15 min to desired firmness.
7. When cool to the touch, flip Perfect Petites onto Sheet Pan and twist to pop out brownies.

Be Still My Brownie Heart

INGREDIENTS:
2 eggs
1⁄2 cup oil or melted butter + more for oiling
1⁄4 cup water or milk, your choice
1 pkg Chocolate Bliss Brownie Mix (Pack of 2)
PREPARATION:
1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
2. Line 1⁄4 Sheet Pan with 1⁄4 Sheet Pan Liner. Generously brush with oil.
3. In a large bowl, whisk eggs with oil, then whisk in water. Stir in mix; scrape into pan. Smooth top and spread to the edges as best you can.
4. Bake 15 min or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Rest in pan until cool, at least 30 min.
5. Gently flip the Sheet Pan Liner and brownie onto a cutting board. Peel away the liner from the brownie. Using a cookie cutter of your choice, cut into shapes. Decorate with toppings, if desired.

Tips
Decorate brownies with a thin layer of chocolate icing using the recipe on the back of Chocolate Fudge Sauce Mix. Use fun sprinkles to outline each heart.
