Choose any or all of the following ingredients for your edible terrarium:

·      Gummy worms or Swedish fish gummies– all gardens need critters!

·      Chocolate baking crumbs – edible dirt

·      Strawberries, blackberries, raspberries or blueberries – make great ‘rocks’

·      Chocolate chips make great pebbles

·      Fresh mint – plant trees

Muddy Bottom

Get digging! Prepare at least 3 hours or up to 3 days in advance.

Follow package directions and prepare Chocolate Mud Pie (makes 2 ¾ cups) or Chocolate Instant Pudding (makes 3 cups). Divide between Prep Bowls, filling about half full – be sure to leave room for the topsoil and trees. If you have leftover filling, portion into more Prep Bowls or small bowls for use another day.

Topsoil

Get muddy! Add this layer up to 2 hours before serving.

Scatter Cocoa Crunch Whole Food Topper and/or chocolate baking crumbs over base. Poke in a few gummy worms or other edible creatures. Add berry rocks and chocolate chip pebbles.

Pro tip: To make strawberry boulders, cut the pointy tip from berries. Coat in Cocoa Crunch or chocolate baking crumbs.

Trees

Let it bloom! Add trees just before serving so they stay fresh.

Break fresh mint sprigs into tiny “trees” and poke deep into the soil. Now stand back and admire the fruits of your labour!
